Zilliant, an Austin-based provider of price optimization and management, today announced the availability of Zilliant Precision Pricing Suite (ZPPS) on the Force.com AppExchange from salesforce.com. In September of 2008, Convio released news about their product offerings on the Force.com platform and now Zilliant is the latest Austin-based company to adopt that platform.

ZPPS increases companies’ operating profits by supplying optimized prices for every item on every sales transaction. ZPPS price recommendations are intuitive and easy for Salesforce CRM users to understand and act upon. Optimized pricing guidance integrated within Salesforce CRM enables salespeople to confidently negotiate and close more profitable deals. Built using the Force.com platform, Zilliant Precision Pricing Suite is immediately available for test drive and deployment on the Force.com AppExchange.

“Zilliant provides the best pricing at the right time to Salesforce CRM users,” said Greg Peters, CEO of Zilliant. “Our joint customers are able to quickly realize measurable financial lift from Zilliant’s pricing science, without disrupting current processes. Using the integrated solution, one of our Fortune 500 manufacturing customers was able to provide its national sales team with optimized prices for thousands of products in six weeks, boosting profits 10% almost immediately.”

“The integrated Zilliant pricing solution with Salesforce CRM enables B2B companies to supply sales teams with clear and actionable pricing guidance,” said Clarence So, Chief Marketing Officer, salesforce.com. “Thousands of customers have installed applications from Force.com AppExchange because partners like Zilliant offer innovative tools to expand the capabilities of Salesforce CRM.”
